Yes there is.

This is using Tunnelbear and Chrome in incognito mode.

Didn't actually buy anything so I don't know if they would accept a non US credit card but it's easier enough to check.

And I don't think Google block shipping to freight forwarders so you should be able to use Youshop.  No sales tax going to Oregon but of course duty coming into NZ.

Staying in Wellington. Check out my AirBnB in the Wellington CBD.  https://www.airbnb.co.nz/h/wellycbd  PM me and mention GZ to get a 15% discount and no AirBnB charges.

I totally forgot the incognito mode, thanks for that. So I'll be paying tax even through YouShop? I have a friend in US I might ask her to ship it for me. I assume if she opens the box so it's not brand new? I'm so not paying these ridiculous prices for NZ, I'd rather to go buy an iphone 6s

If it goes to Youshop there will be no local sales tax as Oregon has no sales tax. But it's likely there will be GST upon entry to New Zealand. If your friend ships then depending on where they live they will have to pay local sales tax. Then of course while you can declare the value as whatever you think it is worth, there is still likely to be GST imposed on entry. Of course with NZ Post YMMV as to whether GST is collected or not.

Does anyone know whether the phones will actually be physically available on November 2nd, or is it just the date that pre-orders open?

Any differences between the US models and the ones being released in Kiwiland? My cousin might want to get one but he is thinking of getting it from USA since it is a bit cheaper there.

Are they surely different or is NZ getting the same models?

Details further back in this thread. Short answer yes, they're different. Whether that is an issue for you or not depends as it relates to LTE only. You shouldn't have to dig too far through the thread for details.

Amazing how they still have a price of $1149.00 for the Nexus 6. Might as well just get it from PBTech or the Google Store direct if you are going to get it from Warehouse Stationary.

And i bet when the other two go from availability "Out of Stock" to "In Stock" the N6 price will drop

Wow, very nice indeed! With the USD exchange rate improving in the last 2 weeks I am very tempted to buy one from there. A 64gb one would be a pretty good deal for around $900 landed.
