Any students want to buy the 10+ from Samsung for me? LOL
So, can someone who has their hands on it now, confirm they are in fact defaulting the Note 10+ to 1080P Resolution, instead of QHD? A review I just watched shwoed it out of the box as 1080p!
Had to change to QHD manually. I can only imagine what this does to the battery.
Cherios: So I msg pb tech and Samsung(us) they told me that the note10+ plus being released does not support 5g but Vodafone told me that all note10/+ will be 5g capable no matter where I buy it from in nz, in time for the 5g December role out.
Can the guys that have received their phones tell me the model numbers they got and check if there's 5g setting/options on the menus?
PS IF YOU'RE A STUDENT YOU CAN GET THE SPECIAL STUDENT DEAL VIA SAMSUNG PORTAL around 1400 FOR 10+ AND AROUND 1200 FOR 10
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
Time to cancel my order and buy from Samsung Portal.
Cherios: Mind you don't get the free upgraded memory to 512gb but rather 256gb, 512gb is overkill imo
I'm good with my current 128Gb iPhone, so 256Gb is plenty for the next 2-3 years.

I think the note 9 was also set by default to 1080P out of the box. But most people probably wouldn't notice much difference in the picture quality by increasing it. Some things are a bit sharper, but hardly noticeable. Probably why the note 10 uses a 1080P screen, which is a big downgrade on the note 9 screen.
