So, are you saying that when you get it on a plan that you don't technically need the email to proceed??

In that case.... I'm gonna ring them asap!

I just had to quote where I received the offer from, no code or anything. They possibly had my email on a list, but as I was already a customer, didn't need to give it to them again.

Firstly, apologies again for not being able to offer the Frost colour. We were notified very late that it would not be available and despite every attempt by us and Huawei it really was outside our control. And for those of you wanting the 128GB Graphite apologies for the delay on that - it is coming but not as quickly as expected.

Secondly, we accidentally sent a small number of emails out before the 64GB Graphite units had been loaded into our on-line store which takes half a day or so. Please bear with us and everyone will get their emails tomorrow and we'll update this post as soon as they are live for ordering.

We understand that these Nexus devices are important to you and we are working hard to deliver them. Rest assured that of the very small number coming into NZ in the first shipment that all Geekzone orders are first priority and very few will be left over for a limited number of stores.

Why did some people get the 24 month deal, and I didn't? Was it because I ordered the Frost?

Unfortunately 2degrees has no stock of the 64GB in Frost but if you would like to purchase the Huawei Nexus 6P 64GB in Graphite outright you can use this exclusive promo…

EDIT:

Oops… I didn't notice the last line which was to call the 0800 number to get the 24 month deal.

You ordered with a PLAN. Go back to them and ask for a plan discount on the graphite if you want that colour now.

Like others, pretty gutted Frost is no longer an option, but it is what it is.

Graphite looks like a finger magnet supposedly, so a bit hesitant to get it.

Lucky you. I guess I ordered after you and got the estimated dates as 9-10 November. It's a relief that's the delivery date. I was under the impression the dates they have provided is the shipping date.

Hopefully... they'll send out by 2nd or may be 3rd November. Fingers crossed

Sorry, didn't mean that to come across as rubbing your nose in it, just wanted to point out is was a delivery, not shipping date. What time did you order? Mine was around 5:30pm.

I would guess delivery would be well before the estimates, assuming they ship on time.

I'm a little annoyed at having to choose between waiting for the 128GB or gettigns the 64GB Graphite now but mainly I just want to get the deal confirmed. I've already jumped the gun and ordered a case and a glass screen protector.

Btw, can you please clarify. I asked for 128GB - because of the shipment delay I will get the code to order 64GB. I will again receive another code for 128GB when this become available? Is this correct?

Does that mean I can order both 64GB and 128GB on discounted price??

That may just be tge case for people who opted to buy outright.

I am already a monthly plan user with 2D. I rang the telesales number and after a few minutes it was all done and dusted.

Should have a shiny new 6P on 2nd of November. Work is going to be unproductive that day!
