@tanivula I am dealing with SparkNZ around Wi-Fi calling issues / failed call setups / dropped calls / incoming call going direct to Voicemail

It is a known issue and started just over a week ago!

Is it impacting all of our work SparkNZ mobiles right across NZ

Im glad its not just me! its been PITA all week, calls dropping, calls failing, calls not even being able to be made.

Ask them if they are going to allow us to Use Wifi calling overseas now too as that also seems to be a huge pain point, when ever i got to Australia some areas i stay have little to no coverage and the only thing we have is WiFi calling.

Good spot - I thought I was having weird issues, S26U on Spark.
Work actually ported us to OneNZ recently, and now on WiFi calling settings there is no option to be WiFi or Mobile preferred.

One NZ wouldn’t respect that setting anyways as VoWiFI registration is not allowed until a certain RSRP is hit for more than a minute. If you want VoWiFI 24/7 at home, go Airplane mode.
