PI??? who is that, excuse my ignorance. If its in NZ there will be some happy chappies for sure and end of this thread, thank goodness lol

Would also like to know what PI is and if it's in NZ. As of this moment, I know for fact that ExpertInfoTech has the 32GB WHITE SGS3's available, thing with them is that they import the phone and after placing an order, there is a 1-3day wait for theirs. They do not have the BLUE versions listed.

I originally got my SGS2 from them and they are a good store, very good with warranties and general repairs etc.

I am waiting for the BLUE 32GB SGS3 so if PI or whatever has this then it'll be good to explore further.

Edit: Just realized that it is in fact Parallel Imported (P.I....duh!! haha), might give them a ring to see if they have the BLUE 32GB SGS3's. $1049 (Parallel Imported Shipped) vs $1025 (ExpertInfoTech)

oh I'm sorry. it's in auckland by the way. I thought most of the people here are in Auckland? and parallel imported is.... quite popular I guess

I straight away headed to the city once they told me they got the white 32gig. so yeah, you may believe it or not, up to you. all in all, I got the white galaxy s3 32giga here right now on my table. and I'm letting you all know because I want the torturing long wait of the people here in this thread to end.

I don't see it on their site.

They are franchised...only the Auckland, North Shore store deal with online and I know they dont have the 32GB (I asked...) since I live in North SHore. The Auckland CBD/Britomart/QueenSt (same store) and their other stores may source their phones and other stock from various suppliers, thus the stock variance...had a friend who used to work for PI at their head office.

$1149 3 years PI warranty. lol. I live in north shore too. the person in the britomart PI shop told me they just got it this morning :) oh btw, 1 year warranty is $1048

Generally speaking, I wouldnt really recommend dealing with parallel importers as such due to the fact that the origin of their stock may be somewhat unknown and questionable...and due to such reasons, they may not be as upfront with their customers or potential customers...Im sure you all have seen the rating as such on PriceSpy...Ive dealt with both that you have mentioned, PI is alright, their customer service can be lacking, however ExpertInfoTech is among the worst Ive had to deal with...my friend had purchased a N97 (a few years back) from them, unlock button came off within weeks but was not considered to be warranty...another friend of mine ordered a Canon 70-200mm f/2.8 lens but received a different model f/5.6 which is considerably lower cost than the one he had ordered. They refused to resolve the issue, nor were they willing to offer the refund on the initial deposit and insisted he pay the remaining sum...

GTFO...its not really the customers fault if the company had ordered the incorrect model or if Nokia had a shoddy build quality that was not fit for purpose, none the less, the camera I purchased was later realised to be a refurbished unit or used unit...with a few hundred shots under the shutter (confirmed by Canon NZ)...as I had the sensor cleaned because there was dust in a new SLR lol...and of course all was denied and very little I was able to do...

I am in no way related related to such retailers or parallel importers lol...

No? it's impossible that they sold out in less than a day . :/ I'm sorry , idk why they said no to you because they even put the phone on the display (in the shop) and also even specify the price for a year, 2 years and 3 years warranty .
