Batman: Is there any way to disable auto update? It keeps wanting to update despite me disabling everything I can find under every hidden menu

Be glad you actually have the update?

The update fix list is trivial. Every update I have to manual disable all the bloat it reactivates. We don't have a choice anymore I guess?

Hey guys and gals, hope you all had a great Christmas. Does anyone know if one of those adapters that will let you charge and use a wired headset/aux cable will work with the Mate 20 pro? Thanks.

I have a few. Normally drops you to 5v 1a

Milage varies though. I got Ali ones and they only work on some angles

Thanks for the advice, probably end up getting one from Trade Me, just heard that some phones don't support those type of adapters. Don't need it to be a super fast charge speed, more to just top up the phone a bit while I'm out and about! I guess I could get one of those aux Bluetooth adapters but the quality of playback is always hit and miss.

The Mate 20 seems decent on support.

My v20 doesn't support the cables I got. So it's one up on lg (it does work with the huawei one)

I wish Huawei was a bit faster at delivering updates.

Any particular updates we're missing? I just checked mine and the security patch is still from November. Build 9.0.0.146 (received a couple of updates in the last 3 weeks or so but seemed minor and haven't noticed any difference).

Yeah. I'm with you. My issue is with spark though. They need to do 'whatever' prior to releasing them. I'm still waiting on 126 so I can get the camera trickery 😊. Waiting waiting....

What's the latest version?

My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.
