Kiwi1971: Fair point, although they hadn't yet fulfilled their side of the contract in that hadn't even sent the phone and I could have just cancelled and reordered it at the lower price. Not that I would for $7
Had I received the phone I wouldn't expect any refund or even asked them but I liken it to me going into the shop in person and paying $734 to the guy at the till and the price dropping to $727 before he handed the phone to me. I'd say something.
I appreciate that this is a very loose comparison.
