M_I_C_H_A_E_L: So no MicroSD slot? So 16G is the highest the memory can go...?

You can go to 32Gig for a price hence my Apple tax comment..

There will be 16 and 32GB versions, but expect Apple like tax for the 32gb

motorola has promised that Razr will be upgraded to ICS early 2012 - in fact it will be the FIRST phone upgraded from gingerbread to ICS

I doubt it will get it before Nexus S as Google have already said its in development for that
