Vodafone said stuck with minimum 59 plan for term. Can cancel anytime but pay full price of the phone so no 400 off. Unless your already spending that sort of money your not saving anything.

Feel free to delete my post if it breaks any rules.

Weighing in on the $400 off as someone who bought the s10+ on 2degrees $200 off and my wife just preordered the p30 pro.

You do not need to be with 2 degrees for a month. If you cancel 3 days into your plan, you only pay for the 3 days.

However! Make sure you cancel before your next billing cycle or you will then have to pay for an additional month.

Basically, cancel between your joining date and first billing cycle.

I have not read terms and conditions but would be surprised if you could cancel the plan, move to another operator or change anything without having a clause there to the effect that you have to pay the full phone price when doing so.

I’m sure retailers are different here - Noel Leeming and jbhifi confirmed to me you could cancel.

The other clause 2degrees usually have is you need to be on the plan for 3 months.

You still save $310 that way being on $30/month.

I don't think I would trust a Noel Leeming person to give advice on mobile plan clauses that directly affect their bonus.

Thanks guys for the useful information. My wife just bought the P30 pro 2 degrees deal from Noel Leeming. The deal is crazy good.

As an FYI I just had to mention the free headphone while in store to get the deal, basically just say the words.

Also I was told you just need to pay off the phone first then you can change plans to what ever you want which as above gives credence to cancelling your plan.

Phone,

Watch,

Bluetooth Headphones

2 Degrees $400.00 discount

Again thanks guys :) awesome deal.

My wife is a pre existing 2 Degrees customer, so just a plan swap. Verbally the only lock in is the minimum 40dollars a month plan until you payoff your phone and your not locked into this you can even pay the phone off in a month then change your plan.

The P10 at 2dg seems like a reeeeally good deal which I might jump on. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but:

RRP $1100

Less $400 2dg discount = $700.

Add Huawei Watch and Noel's Headphones which are realistically worth maybe around $450 together..

Meaning that the price of this $1100 phone is effectively $250...

Can somebody definitely confirm that the 2dg plan is cancellable if the phone is paid off in full?

Oh and can anybody confirm if the P10 comes with 6 or 8gb ram for the NZ versions?

I went to 2dg store asked from the guy he said theres no cancellation fees just pay of the remaining amount on the phone....sum how I still dont feel assured. I read threw terms and conditions on 2dg website there was no mention of cancellation fee or I couldn't find it (for the p30 phones)
