wanit: Got mine for $797 from WHS..but still waiting for it!

Same!

Me too! Good price but the wait is KILLING ME!

I just got a call from WHS and went to pick mine up! Just in case anyone wanted to know, I walked into the store on Queens Bday Monday (4th June) and pre-ordered a 16GB blue. They told me mid-June was the estimated time and they delivered on that promise (just!) I'd say anyone else waiting on WHS should be getting notified any minute now, though I guess I can't say the same about those waiting on NL unfortunately :(

bignicko: If you are considering getting a Telecom i-9300T rather than a VF or 2D i-9300 might pay to look at this:

http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/1926135

Noel Leeming offered to swap my waiting pre-order for a VF Pebble Blue 16GB for the Telecom Pebble Blue 16GB which they have in some stores and available now. I decided to do a bit of research as I'm keeping my 2Degrees sim. Some people may not notice the difference when using a -T on 850mhz  but I'm not going to take the chance. So still waiting for the VF unit.

BTW, Noel Leeming also advised that VF do not use the same distributors as Telecom - one uses Brightstar and the other uses Brightpoint.

Both still "Bright" lol. I'm really angry at NL right now.

But "Bright" definitely would not describe their PR strategies on behalf of Samsung and retailers!

I see one of the members on xda took apart a i9300T and found "Have taken apart a I9300T and a I9300. On the T model the jumper is on the AU pads, on the I9300 the EU pads are soldered."

Which probably means it is 'optimised for 900mhz' like previous Galaxy models - for this read 'sucks for you if you want to use it on another carrier without a reduction in signal strength'

I'm sick of being fed lies about delivery dates by Vodafone. No phone this weekend sucks!

rhysb: I've been told from two different sources, VF & Brightpoint, that they were expecting the 32's at the beginning of the week but they have been delayed. No other info apart from that.

Patience is a virtue...

rhysb, just talked with Samsung in Albany and they have confirmed and also posted on Facebook that 64 gig model will not come to NZ and still not sure on 32gig models just yet, they said VF may do them but no order has been placed yet, that they know of, so anyone like me wanting for a 32gig may have to go parallel imported.... It's a bugger as I have enough credit to get one free from 2D, gonna will wait one more week to see what happens as so many people are waiting for the other models to come.

Also 2D and VF store on K'rd have confirmed they will not be getting anything other than 16gig models.

Looks like Samsung Mobile NZ are keeping people a little up to date with stock...

I wish I was. I am at the point where I can commit a crime (burning something) lol.

How could samsung NZ said there is no order for the 32G? Whereas at least 5 people from Tristram Street Hamilton ordered the 32GB.

Me and my cousin is one of them.

Oh it is awesome, definitely worth the wait! The best thing is the LED notification light doesn't bleed into the surrounding case like it does with the white one.

This is the point I have not found anyone who will take a preorder for the 32gig from me and when I say some people online have said they have preordered, the likes on Lincoln Road NL they say you need to ring our head office then cause we have been told not to take orders till they know when and if they are coming in.  This is why they can not give you a date yet cause no one knows.  Maybe you have order something that will never come, I would keep the receipt and demand they deliver on the deal if you have been lucky enough to get a 32gig preorder, not sure about he law around the demand they deliver part, but worth a try.

Really hanging for a larger storage model, I have not heard if Telecom will bring them in as they are a different model i9300T i think.

I preordered the Blue 32GB from Lincoln Rd NL over the QB weekend (got the 919 price). Called them earlier in the week and they said they had no ETA - they didn't mention that it might not ever be available. Will be pretty annoyed if it's gone from Mid June to never.

Well I did demanding it and they said you can either get your  money back. I was like wtf? If I want my money back then I wouldn't wait this long. I'm popping in tomorrow to ask for my phone.

Thanks for your advise brother
