nzviking: just got a phone call from my brother from noel leemings, the white telecom i had pre ordered is now in question as to it's delivery date, according to telecom, both white and blue are delayed now, only VF ones seem to be going live on the promised date...

Spoke to WHS today and the friendly chap says i shall get mine most likely on the 31st...possibly 1st via shipping.

correct, my apologies, warehouse stationary and VF are one and the same, they work either VF or 2 degrees.. been told telecom is mid june

These fone are quad band so should work on any network.

Regards,

networkn: Only a suggestion, but it's only 2 days to go now, it's probably better to just wait and see, since you can't change the outcome at this point anyway :)

jeffnz: I'm a biy like networkn, age has made me better able to see that the sun will still shine tomorrow (well depending on clouds) and that a few days won't make a bit of differance.

Its still entertaining to watch the rest whip themselves into a frenzy over it though

To be fair, I have to throttle back quite a lot, I have been waiting for this device for a long time, but when I feel myself getting overwrought, I remind myself a year from now I won't care it took an extra week :)

Haha...Exactly, I'm a smart phone enthusiast...if a better device (none fruitphone, say a rockin Nexus) comes along later this year or next year then I'll grab that too. Frigg it, life is for the living, and this launch is getting funnier and funnier by the minute...

Free joke: Two snowmen are standing in a field. One says to the other : "Funny, I smell carrots too"

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

Johnr, do you know when will the 32GB model be released by vodafone and vodafone's retailers?
I'm an on account customer and going to pay the phone out right. Is there any freebies like SIM card and stuff? :) I may sound cheap but I really am :P
