I would be grateful if someone could give me step by step instructions on how to get my xtra email working on HTC One.

Have looked and tried all over but think there's some settings I have missed.

Are you trying to use POP or IMAP?

Either way, Settings | Accounts | Add account | Mail | Manual Setup and enter the Telecom settings.

It should work - sorry closed my Xtra account months ago so can't test.

Basically copy settings from your email client on your PC
