Hi, Is a new HTC Desire S on ebay a genuine article?

I've got a Nokia e6 and was wanting to upgrade to something better for browsing as I've gotten over the on-screen keyboard and charging every night which were putting me off.

This seems to be a better option than the other phones I was considering, htc desire 200 or htc one v both at about the same price.
