My 5 year old son did this to my wife's phone.
How do I get it to boot normally?
Already called Samsung, they referred me to a service Centre in Auckland, I live in Hamilton.



The button at the bottom of the screen does nothing.
Do I power off, remove battery, power off while holding a volume button or something else?
