My NZ region 8.1.0 got an updated camera app with settings > google lens today.

Should I enable it? ; ).

Done anything interesting with it?

I've had Google Lens on my Google Pixel for ~1 year.

It's a play thing, something you'll use about 10 times and then be bored with.

At the moment looks like giving data away for no return. At least they asked.
