My S10+ recently had the camera replaced under warranty.

Since then, when I dial out, it makes a wee chirping noise, not unlike that made by some 2 way radio systems when calling.

I swear it did not do that before it went for the warranty work, so maybe they have reset something or whatever. Any ideas?

My Samsung does the same thing. I was wondering if it was something to do with the SmartSomething caller ID thingy

Try this, open the phone dialer, keypad, tap the ... in the upper right, settings, call alerts and ringtones, unselect play tone when call connects.
