This auction is an initiative from a group of technology and gadget websites (Geekzone, Phonescoop, Gizmodo, All About Symbian, Make Magazine) to raise funds for a designated charity work helping the efforts being deployed in the New Orleans area, affected by the Hurricane Katrina.

i-mate kindly donated this item, an i-mate SP3i Windows Mobile Smartphone .
  • Our initial bid is NZ$150 (about US$106.50, please use xe.net for an exchange rate service).
  • Bids should be posted on this thread.
  • The winning bid is the final price and you will be contacted to arrange payment when we close the auction.
  • Postage is paid by us, but any tax or import duties (if any) is paid by the winner.
  • No comments on this thread, only bids.
  • Please bid what you are willing to pay and make sure to enter the currency (either NZ$ or US$, e.g. NZ$150, US$150)
  • Auction closes at the same time as other auctions, i.e. Thursday 15 September 5am New Zealand time.

  • We will accept payment via Paypal (if winner is outside New Zealand) or direct deposit (if winner is in New Zealand). We will then transfer 100% of the funds to the American Red Cross and post the item.

If you want to bid for other items, check Phonescoop where a list of all current auctions is being maintained.

    Please be generous!
