Hi all,

I inherited a new work phone and I keep getting Rugby news text messages from 97986. I've rung Vodafone but they're unable to tell me where they're from. We're not being charged for them but I really want to kill them. Anyone have any ideas where to unsubscribe?

that sounds like a sim2 service - has your phone got a "vodafone" menu on it somewhere?

depending on your sim version, there could be help there. if it is a later one, under that menu you should be able to select
- sport
- rugby union
- stop regular

which should put an end to it.

if you dont have those options, then I'm not sure how to kill it...

Okay..I guess the old Sim2 Vodafone menu has been superseded by VF Live. I had a look in there but apparently I'm not subscribed to any Alerts...

This is just weird!
