Noticed that since they've changed the numbering and added Sky Sports 4, they have stopped saying whether each program on any of the sports channels is in HD or not.
Does this mean that they are all now in HD?
Previously it was included in the description whether it was in HD, whereas now it doesn't mention it at all.
That would lead me to assume that everything is in HD, but I am inclined to think that's a little naive.

It is that all channels are broadcast in HD if the feed is HD. Previously the highlights channel was only in SD and when they showed live sports on there the picture was in SD. The final of the big bash league being a classic example.

There are still somethings shown in SD as they are filmed in SD. This includes things such as the netball which was in Invercargill and the channel 9 league show. Just as an aside the actual league games from Australia are recorded in HD but only shown in SD on Channel 9 in Australia as by law Channel 9 can only broadcast in SD. Because of this it is why the channel 9 league show is in SD.

In NZ you will notice that ITM cup games from places such as Invercargill, Blenheim and Nelson are always in SD this is because they don't send a HD unit there.
