We recently bought the Weber Family Q 3200, and love it!

The only piece of advice I'd offer is to hold off buying the rotisserie (we bought it initially because its something we've always liked to do with previous BBQs). It's a $300 piece of kit, but we've since found that using the trivet ($50) we can still get really nice results.

We still use the rotisserie, and it is the best one I've owned (the motor is so quiet!). But I don't think we would've missed it terribly if we had only gone with the trivet.
