Hi. Does anyone have any experience on repairing leaks around the seal for a wood burner flue on a corrugated metal roof? It's a square rubber seal and has previously been repaired with silicone sealant around the edges. Unfortunately this allows a small amount of water to pool at the low points of the corrugations on the top edge, and the sealant has gradually come away. Are there any better solutions? Thanks for any advice.

Bung: Agree that current code requires that size of Decktite to be mounted on a back flashing to the ridge but I have one formed into the corrugations that doesn't leak. The sealant goes between the roof and the EPDM flashing, it isn't smeared on after the flashing is secured.
