Hi,

 

Recently had a PV system installed with a X1 Hybrid G3 Solax inverter. Solax provides an online portal showing stats for the system production and how much power is being consumed from the grid. The figures from the portal and those from the power provider are not even close. The Power Providers figures show upto 80% more power consumed. Has anyone else got the same of similar inverter, are you getting accurate power metering?

Mine was installed by world solar as well.


Who was the sales agent for you?


I was orgianlly contacted by Doone and then Ricky was my sales agent. I went through some testing with Doone by doing some load testing. Doone was also in contact with his sparkie and  supplier and they decided to change the chnt meter.  During the load testing like tuning on heat pumps etc they was no change in the sola x portal.


 


Maybe they got a bad batch. I will pm Doone email address to you.
