Both '1917' and 'Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon' appear in CheapCharts as $4.99, but when viewing in the Store section of the TV app, they are listed at $14.99 each.

Yes, I have noticed the same thing with some prices. Also Panic Room is listed as Dolby Vision/Dolby Atmos on CC, but its still HD in the app. and on iTunes on my PC.

I'm not one who likes to rent films from the Apple Store. I much prefer to buy, and I have (I won't say "own)" a total of 530 films in my library. I like to browse the store on a regular basis and one section caught my eye today... the 99 cent rentals.

This is a great way to watch lesser known movies at a great price. You may not want to buy a certain title, but you would like to see the film, just the once. Well, the 99 cent section is a great way to do it. You can watch a double-feature for less than $2; that's what I call value for money.

Having said that, my favourite section is the Under $5 buy. As a retired physical media collector, the massive difference in price is a welcome respite for my poor old wallet (and credit card 😁)

I can't begin to add up what it would cost me to get these few titles on disc, which are just $4.99 in the Apple Store with Dolby Vision and/or Dolby Atmos on board: Top Gun: Maverick, Black Hawk Down, Saving Private Ryan, La La Land, Blade Runner 2049, Star Trek Beyond, and the list goes on. If you are willing to wait, you can accumulate a superb library of films just from this section.
