It's the same every year. It's the interlul. Not proper football at all. Waste of time.

Nup, international football is a distraction. Can't be arsed with it. A good result is no injuries to your club's players.

Club before country. Would rather be watching Özil run out for Arsenal than watch England play Moldova all day long.

Just thought I'd share my experience after recently coming across this thread. My set up is a new Samsung 40" smart TV, a Macbook Pro only a year old (upgraded recently to Mountain Lion), an HDMI cable, and a good internet speed from Vodafone (75mbps over wi-fi).

I've tried so many times to get what I'd consider a decent picture just on my Macbook Pro, one where the motion is smooth and doesn't judder. I find the detail of the picture acceptable but the judder is just too much to live with. I've switched web browsers, reinstalled Flash, plus other tips from this thread. Other streams look fine (e.g. NFL Game Pass). The technical support at PremierLeaguePass seem very poor to me. Anything I've tried I've come up with myself or from internet threads.

I actually prefer the TVNZ coverage as the picture quality on my new TV is superb and that's free. Being a Peterborough Utd fan I'm not that fussed about what game is on. It just doesn't seem to make sense to me to pay for worse quality. So after all the stress I got fed up and got a refund. This coincided with Sommet Sports becoming available on my Vodafone T-Box, so now I'm also getting England home games live and the Bundesliga (which I really rate).

I'd be willing to re-subscribe if they sort out the picture quality but given how much football coverage is available for free (in better quality too) then they'll have to try very hard to win my money back.

I disagree.

It should be an honour to play for your country and Rickie Lambert is a classic example of that - he has come from humble beginnings and has now got the distimction of being a fully-fledged member of the England Squad, which I have read, he sees as a great honour.

Maybe that's an old-fashioned view, but I think you've got it around the wrong way...you should play for your club, but always aspire to be honoured by an international call-up.

Representing your country should be the highest honour bestowed and the highest accolate sought. Dissapoints me that clubs and players put themselves above this. I'm always annoyed when players claim to be injured but at then amazingly fit for next club match.

For the record I agree that representing your country is the highest honour but I wasn't come from the angle of someone who had been asked to. I'm speaking from my own pov as a fan of my club with much less interest in the international game. International breaks just mean a week without EPL. Anyway. Different strokes and all that. Just my tuppence.

Look on the bright side. At least they're consistent. You'll be used to defeat in that fixture.

Thanks for Özil though. Couldn't of done it without Spurs playing their part.

Just joshing. ;)

So did amyone watch the England Ukraine game this morning?

I watched it on my iPhone - half an eye on the America's cup at the same time.

Couldn't quite work out why it was in 4:3 aspect Ratio...got used to it, but I guess it was a feed from the old country...
