rb99:

Is there something in the m3u file that stops, or allows it to play, streams in NZ from AU. Whenever I try to play AU stuff in NZ using either NextPVR or Emby via NExtPVR the AU stuff doesn't play, but when I try to play using Perfect Player on the FireTV it works fine. I use a DNS 'service'.

Was having similar issues. There was a lot of buffering lately on TVNZ and TV3.

I tweaked some of my dns4me settings and the problem has now gone. Unticked TVNZondemand, and 3Now services, despite it being set to NZ. Probably no point in having these switched on if we already in NZ. You may want to try the same.

Which DNS service are you using?

Thanks will have a look at those to see what I'm on and untick if necessary. Am on dns4me also.

I have just been having another play with this but can only get the Aussie streams to work. All of the NZ FTA streams (except the two at the bottom) just load forever without ever getting anywhere. They worked a couple of weeks ago. Am I missing something?

So far (10mins now) more adverts than storm coverage!

Still having trouble with this. Aussie channels work, Parliament TV works, all other NZ channels just endlessly spin the 'working' circle. Don't know what the difference is.

What hardware are you running Kodi on?
What version of Kodi?
What ISP?
Are you using your ISP default DNS servers?

Seems to be working for me on my desktop now.  I'll check out my Liberelec machine tonight - I did an update to liberelec 8.1.1 on it yesterday so that could have done it. Running on a Intel NUC with DNS4Me on Spark.

I am using a Chinese Android box branded as S6 Pro. Kodi version is Krypton 17.x - not sure of the sub-version and the box is disconnected at the moment. ISP is Netspeed but am using DNS4ME. This has worked before but now it won't, except as stated for Aussie channels and Parliament TV. I think it was working yesterday but not sure as I am trying different things with different hardware.

Forgot to add that I did check DNS4ME settings and everything relating to NZ is unticked.
