I am with Trustpower UFB both at my Tauranga and Hamilton houses, Could not get Netflix in Tga using Unotelly, and now back in Hamilton and also getting error 'N8210'.
Changed from Unotelly to HMA Pro and Netflix is runnng sweet.

Hi everyone - if you are still having trouble with Netflix and you are Vodafone customer, I would encourage you to lodge a fault ticket with our customer care team. Our network team need individual examples for them to investigate why this is happening to some customers and not others.

Thanks,
Lon

Lately my Netflix (and others I know on VF as well) works perfectly.... but only in one sense. There are no problems in starting streams but we are getting way more rebuffers than usual. Very irritating when our connections otherwise handle other international stuff well.

Yep. Same for me. Worked perfectly for a while after VF fixed - but now it keeps dropping from HD to low quality. Is VF managing this traffic?

I have been watching House - at a rate of four episodes every evening (trying to watch the whole thing in a couple of months) and have no problems with Vodafone cable now - not even buffering during playback.

The only problem with VF VDSL + Unotelly I've noticed has been the episode stills (tiles in the apps for paused/next episodes etc) and the movie/TV show banners not loading.  Orange is the New Black Season 2 on Friday night/Saturday played perfectly (and so has everything else I've played)

My parents and I both have VF VDSL and we are very happy with our connections. They are literally right next to a cabinet and get up to 55 Mb/s on line speed tests to Auckland and routinely average 13 to 15 Mb/s in speedtests to US servers. We aren't too far behind.* Both households used to routinely be able to watch things at 3850 or 4300 bitrates with minimal rebuffers (honestly a couple of times in a movie is fine by us - we'll just treat it as a drinks break) but lately I even get an odd rebuffer on 22 minute episodes of Star Wars: The Clone Wars at 3000 bitrate.

* We truly are grateful given both our houses are on cross-leased properties and frankly we both have neighbours who just will not cooperate on UFB installs.

Edit: got the olds to test their lines again - updated results.

Same issue here, on VF cable. Something to do with the cdn Netflix uses I think. Sometimes forcing a refresh (ctrl+f5) helps.

Streaming is fine.

We now have several TrustPower customers reporting that the N8210 problem is resolved for them!

Any other TrustPower customers still having issues?

What are you using to access it? VPN or DNS?

SLingshot VDSL and Unotelly work great streaming Netflix through my Xbox One. Was using Unblock US but couldn't stream the UK apps like Channel 5 or 4oD. Only app that I can't access with Unotelly through XB1 is TenPlay.

Update to my situation

This morning I tested the following setups ( all with AppleTV and unblock-us)

Vodafone ADSL
     Hulu plus - Working
     Netflix UK - Working
Netflix US - still not working

Vodafone Mobile Hotspot
     Hulu plus - Working
     Netflix UK - Working
     Netflix US - Working

I signed up with Bigpipe last week and today I was switched over to them, still the same phone line, same modem, same router, same AppleTV
When I got home I retested

Bigpipe ADSL
     Hulu plus - Working
     Netflix UK - Working
     Netflix US - Working

I didn't even need to restart the appleTV, just updated the IP address with unblock-us and away it went

To those out there in Central Otago still having trouble with Vodafone and netflix, try Bigpipe it fixed it for me

Cheers
