Our childcare assistant seems to to have done something which has locked her seatbelt open. There is a little movement in the assembly where it obviously rolls up, I can move it about 3cm in and out, but I can't release it or take any more of the seatbelt out. It appears locked.

Is there an easy fix?

Is the car level? They can lock if parked on a hill.

Solved it, undid the plastic covering the mechanism and slowly fed the seatbelt back so none of it was folded over.
