And the lack of built-in screen not too big a hassle when you want to check footage?

 

Haven't had any issues with WiFi, but I don't ever connect it to my home access point or use any of the cloud features - just link to my phone if I want to check something or changes settings or pull the SD out and run it on my laptop!

Not been particularly frustrated with lack of screen either - It might be nice to have, but I think I prefer the smaller, neater form factor more than I desire a screen. YMMV! TBH I pay it very little attention now that the novelty has warn off. It pipes up when I start to tell me that it is recording and maybe once a month at most, I check a few captures and the firmware etc, but otherwise I trust it to do its thing without any help from me.

The only caveat I have is with the PowerMagic setup, insomuch as it works exactly as it is supposed to do, but the actual parked recording time I get with my current car battery before it cuts off is pretty limited so I end up not using it park mode more often than not. If I did it again, I would probably consider a proper battery pack. Maybe I just need to get a heftier car battery when I come to replace my current one!
