What are these guys up to? they are from the "Parking Enforcement" and they have some very fancy video recording equipment? Location Willis Street.

I just ran the question past the WCC Parking Services Manager. The official response is: Enforcing the bus lane i.e. videoing vehicles using the bus lane illegally. This is the only moving violation that we enforce.
