stuntah: It's in stock according to the below link

http://www.warehousestationery.co.nz/is-bin/INTERSHOP.enfinity/WFS/WSL-B2C-Site/en_NZ/-/NZD/ViewOfferDetail-Product?ProductRef=216765@WSL-B2C

Did you have that booked marked?
It's a hidden item on their side, use the search and you only get 1 listing for LG watch R and that is showing out of stock.

They've hidden the real one so they can show the G watch is out of stock

Looks like that link is legit, but not listed so they could reject the orders over 100

Additionally Noel Leeming has stock, and they're probably receiving stock from the same warehouse...

It was a link out of the catalog that went out today (via salesfinder).

Damn.

I saw people were going the store and getting these (on here) and thought about going and trying my luck myself, but then I had already "got" one online so didn't bother.

Should have gone out to Petone...

To the people that are receiving cancellation emails, should complain to their email address formally about their inability to deliver on the order, lack of communication, false advertising, failure of system to accurately reflect the status of an order and also willing to taken the money and simply not deliver or communicate until after few days.

Yeap!  Also post on Facebook if you're that way inclined

It's pretty deceiving that they do indeed have stock according to hidden listings on their website, and only threw on the 'online sale' and 'limit 100' on in the afternoon

I have just lodged a complaint (as my order just got cancelled) - I have included screenshots of their pre-edited advert, their post-edited advert and the catalog listing/in-stock from today.

Will post my results if they bother replying

Any chance you can upload the images you have so others can use them also? Might even point Warehouse Stationery to these pages so they know there are a number of us unhappy with their stand. I think they know they've made an error and are hoping people just accept the email saying there's no stock.

People often mistake me for an adult because of my age.

Keep calm, and carry on posting.

BigHammer: No assumption. Why would I make that statement of it wasn't fact? I received an email from Warehouse Stationery.

My Bad, I wanted to know how you were contacted as I'm in the same boat.
I've made a formal complaint when I was told by a CSR that I wouldn't be receiving my order.

The CSR (after saying there was nothing he could do) wanted to take my complaint but I insisted he give me an email address.
so not sure how valid it is .. info@stationery.co.nz

My order was cancelled, placed it Friday 10:40am.
Rang CSR and they told me that there were only a 100 units originally to purchase, told her there was no mention of said fact when I purchased originally.
Told her I was willing to wait until they had stock on hand, to which she replied they were unsure of when they would have, which was why they were refunding.

Also mentioned the promotional page linked above, she just replied with the usual 'oh it's definitely showing out of stock'.

The info@stationary.co.nz is the same email address linked in the refund email. So essentially you're complaining to the same crew.

Fair Go material you reckon if enough of us complain?
