Rosberg attempts to, but needs to cheat\bend the rules to do so, and then comes out on interview as "not being at fault". What he says after a race is all bullship as far as i'm concerned.

I'm glad that HAM has the physiological strength over TossBerg, and carries on chipping away.

The little things make the biggest difference.

Who lucks into a win, then the firts thing he says is that was the best win I have had and no luck was involved, how embarrasing when he said that a few starts ago. Who scored 86 points unanswered? Who won 7 races in a row?

Anyone here follow GP2 and GP3? I have in the last year or so, primarily as Mitch Evans is in GP2 and Richie Stanaway had a few starts.

I enjoy it. More close racing than in F1, and once you are familar with the drivers, its a good watch.

I enjoy it. More close racing than in F1, and once you are familar with the drivers, its a good watch.

Started watching it this weekend when I got sick of f1. Theyre so much closer and they're far more aggressive and there seems to be less pc bs with them avoiding overtaking teammates at any cost.

Sport at this top level requires pushing every single bound of the envelope. For example, one of Richie McCaw's skills was his ability to do stuff on the edge of the law, but not actually infringe.

I'd suggest that Hamilton and Rosberg and every F1 driver and every F1 team are all operating as close to the edge of the rules as they dare. Sometimes they overstep where ambition exceeds ability.

Perhaps you might look at it more objectively and in the context of complete seasons.

Hamilton himself said he was competing those races after the championship win. You can't just stop after you win in case there's a points penalty after.

Bias? When words like Tossberg get thrown around, make your own conclusion over bias and objectivity, and the ability to have a conversation over the sport

As to my so called cherry picking I was merely responding to a post that chooses to extremely dislike Rosberg as if hes an idiot driver, or are the stats I posted incorrect? If you read my post its clear that issues are what affects results at Mercedes, for and against both of them. Yes he has a good record, and I would expect many drivers who run with the best car of the day, and/or who have the occasional less than stellar teammate to do well, exactly what Herbert said last weekend

IMHO he has an emotional weakness, which is why he whines and is sad after a loss as he expect every race to be his no matter what, and why after a win he is weirdly so over excited its strange. Cannot articulate. Rosberg also has a weakness in that he can only fight hard when nothing to lose. he showed that last year. he has learnt from that to a degree.

I'm more inclined to believe that Hamilton won't remain in F1 beyond his current contract.

(If he win's the Driver's championship again this year I'd say there's a "better than even" chance of him retiring - If he wins it in 2017 as well then I'd call it a near certainty.)

Time will tell :-)

I never said your stats were incorrect. I'm saying that selectively taking a small subset of a season where Driver A outscored Driver B by 67 points and another small subset of a separate season (in progress) where Driver A has outscored Driver B by 19 points to fallaciously determine that Driver B is somehow a better than Driver A is quintessentially "cherry picking" data.

Dunno. Money is a non issue for many elite athletes Id say, once they cracked a few tens of millions. he's very ego driven, a good thing, although personally I feel its excessive.

However didn't him and Rosberg now have contracts that end after the next two seasons?

Next year, it could be a lottery. But engine HP will still matter, although Im unsure where Merc HP comes from, the combustion engine, the MGUK, or a better turbo.

Again, Rosberg is taken as useless. Not his words, but recent words, so I am just showing that over two seperate periods that Rosberg has shown he can take most points, its not like Hamilton has that to himself. took 43 points, twice, Hamilton the same to rein this year back.

And where did I state he is " determine that Driver B is somehow a better than Driver A" Thats making stuff up. If Rosberg was as useless as some here state, he would not be capable of pulling those points and 7 straight wins.
