Cant get into this game. I can hear it in the background, it feels like a dead rubber game and series, it won't give us any info on players
Ok Taylor since surgery has averaged 72.79 since his eye surgery and SR had gone up t 87.87, that average over 31 matches is INSANE

And noticeable too, annecdotally. I knew he had the op, and he's been as bulletproof as a batsman can be.
155kph by Lockie, that is quick. Hes always at the top of 140s but i think he knows for longevity you cant bowl 155kph every ball nor do you need to.

They mentioned this track is fast like that? It might be downhill or at altitude?? :-)

WTF 229/9 where did that come from?? Just turned it back on
Well done by bangers to get this point.
Shows again Williamson does not know how to put the foot on the throat, what were they 59/6 or similar? Time and time again Williamson shows he is not a white ball captain. I think Taylor should be.

I do recall they had fielders close in to apply pressure when it was at that stage
Ive missed guptils stright on or off drives, especially the ones that go for 6 lofted

I was refering to bowling all your wicket taker out like Mccullum would, in fact the game we supposedly "humiliated" India, Kane did exactly that. Even if they go from 50/6 to 70/9 and boult and henry are bowled out, we still have ferguson and neshsm to take the final wicket. Instead he went to letting them off the hook with lesser attacking but good economy bowlers.
I think you will know what I mean. There has been 3 situation this summer he should have put the boot in and in the test he batted for way to long given rain was coming, he needed to declare.
I think Taylor would be a more Kholi/Mccullum like captain, finish the game when their is blood in the water.
Fielding from Bangers is top notch so far.
Geeze the "Fiz" has wicked bowling stats, AVG 20.1~ and 4.5RPO. he is world class
So going on cemmentators, the NZ selectors still want to see a fast start, which means they will want to see Nicholls score at SR120+. I think they are dreaming.
I think putting Munro down to Nicholls old spot gives us a chance to score traditional 5-6rpo and then smash it for 15 overs if we are 220/2 etc, and we will easily get the 300 with less pressure. 2 ways to do it and I think we need to go with a methodology that suits the players we have now, not 8 years ago
Guptil lofted straight drive for boundary, oh i love that shot, pure class
