Ford again of course. The B series vehicles are just to powerful and manouverable for Holden at the moment. It's all swings and round-abouts. It probably won't be too long before Holden have their day in the sun again.

Craig Lowndes moving back to Holden (which made Greg Murphy spit tacks, as he's so fond of doing) will definitely make it harder for the Ford drivers though...

Definitely be watching :) TV3 still hasn't let on about coverage or dates, it still has Coming Soon in their adverts :(...fingers crossed that it'll be in HD but I doubt that

I'm with Ford winning, although Lowndes is good guy and I'd rather him take it than Murphy, even though he's Aussie

Are you blind? I already see 5 people with their bets on Ford ;)

Lowndes and Whincup made me a bit of money last year, they'll have my bets again this year!

Last year when Lowndes was in the seat at Bathurst, he was good, but Whincup was amazing. There were a lot of saftey cars, but whenever they went off, he just hauled a massive lead on everyone.
However, at the Philip Island 500 a few weeks ago, Lowdnes was pulling out some amazing driving towards the end of the race. Such a shame his efforts were let down by a shoddy tyre.
If he pulls out a performance like that, along with Whincups solid ability, they have it in the bag. Again.

Hell, they should just call it the 888 Enduro :P

...They banned Skylines years ago ;) hahaa

My moneys on Lowndes/Whincup in their newly prepared holden, even though he's in the slower less race prepared holden, he knows the mountain and will do a great job.

Although Richards and Winterbottom in the Ford are gonna try hard to stop him

Be a good day none the less

BBQ breakfast, beer, whisky and BBQ lunch/dinner, then probably find a driver to take me home and sleep

They're not in a Holden until next season.

I was there last year so my wallet is recovering this year. But I will be watching. My family know that I am not contactable from the start untilt he finish of the coverage.

As for who's going to win, I will be supporting what I own and drive, namely Holden! I will be watching the race with a bunch of Holden supporters.

Just how many of you Ford supporters own a Ford? And have the Ford supporters noticed that the only people who are capable of consistently driving a Ford to victory learned to drive V8's in a Holden?

As for the Skylines, If the only way they can beat a heavy, normally aspirated, non-adjusdtable diff, non adjustable gearbox two wheel drive pushrod V8 is by stuffing the thing full of trick diffs, gearboxes, turboes and trick 4 wheel drive, then that just proves the car is crap.

Now, please tell me just how many times the Skyline won the Wellington street race? Oh yeah, thats right, it was none, zero, zip, nada. They got beaten the first year by a Volvo. Yes, a swedish taxi. A 4 wheeled brick. And what's more it was literally striaght out of the container :) Each year the NSkylines went out with exactly the same problem. Bumpy little Cable Street killed their front diffs every single race.

I'd go on a Vegan diet but the delivery time from Vega is too long.
