The debates are next week, but I don't think that it will do much for undecided voters, as there don't seem to be as many of them in 2016.

Mind you, Hillary did quite well at the debates back then but it didn't seem to make much difference in the end.

theres even less undecided now than 2016, peoples choices are locked n loaded and the SCOTUS decisions makes positions even more hardened.

even when Trump loses, his legacy will be electing 3 SCOTUS jurists, and affecting the laws on guns, god and abortions for the next generation.  Pathetic when control of a women's body becomes such an election issue.

"Donald Trump gives himself an 'A+' for his handling of the coronavirus. Uh, what?"

Three things to note:

1. The guy is a sociopath, so he isn’t remotely sad or concerned about other people dying.

2. The absolutely partisan hacks that vote for him either don’t care about facts or have no capacity to discern facts.

3. The Trump voters who don’t fit into the partisan hack category just vote for him because [insert screwed up reason that somehow in their minds outweigh what should be disqualifying levels of sociopathy].

That’s why he keeps saying such claptrap.

God works in mysterious ways - there could be 20%+ single-issue voters, on either sides, that literally will vote just on abortion.

Trump says that claptrap because he knows it works.  Years of experience of being a con-man, reality TV star, and doing memorable PR, writing the "art of the deal" has taught him how repetition and short simple words work in minds.

What's scotus? Supreme court judge? Its crazy how in America even the judges are installed for political reasons. How is the judiciary meant to be just and impartial

I hate to be dramatic about the US long term.

In my opinion, the supreme court justice pick is more important than Trump's re-election.

A conservative supreme court justice would effectively remove the US checks and balances for the executive branch, and to a lesser extent the senate.

Meaning for at least 25 years the US would move further toward a country operated as a private commercial enterprise for the exclusive profit of the ruling class.

It would also mean the end of most of abortion rights, and no chance of any further healthcare socialization.

It could become so bad that a civil war / secession of states could become a reality.

So Trump's re-election is bad; a supreme court pick by Trump would be far worse for women, and the working poor.

I hope America breaks up. The sooner the better. The south and midwest can become the banana republics they so long to be. The west and east coasts can be liberal democracies without the baggage. The north can join Canada. They can all form a military alliance for defense but otherwise go their own ways.

I think it goes further. His first thought when he hears someone has died is "how does this benefit me?"

His constant legal battles over estates and wills, and willingness the twist the arm of the dying to his benefit proves it.

Unless His mysterious plan is to kick of Armageddon in 2020 - and to be honest, if it did I guess most people's reaction would be 'Yeah, that figures' - then He ain't a Trump supporter. Donald Trump may not be The Antichrist, but he is as anti-everything-Christ-ever-stood-for as anyone who ever lived. He's the walking, talking embodiment of every one of the seven deadly sins.

The seven deadly sins look like it was written as a Trump checklist.

  1. Lust (wow, where to begin, cheating on wives with porn stars, "grab 'em by the pussy", beauty pageants, ...)
  2. Gluttony(KFC / McD)
  3. Greed (again too many to list)
  4. Sloth (golf, anyone?)
  5. Wrath (racism, daily angry tweets)
  6. Envy (Obama / loves them dictators)
  7. Pride ("Trump University" / "Trump Casino" / Trump Tower")

Hmm, couldn't post the above with the URL as link.  Kept getting the captcha thing. Clicking on the check box (yes, I am human) just brought up a small spinning disk above the check box.  Just kept spinning ...  Tried about 6 times with the same result.  Above posted as I accidentally did not have the URL as a link.  Trying to edit it to add the link got me back to the captcha > spinning disk sequence.

It does a "browser check" meaning it checks whether a program is making a call or a browser.

It could be getting confused by some add-on.
