...and that idiot so-called "professor" (John Eastman) who reckoned Mike Pence could just ignore the Constitution and "decide" Trump was re-elected, overturning/ignoring the votes of the millions who said otherwise.

Oh, this is almost too good. Just as I thought, Trump has basically cut the former "professor" loose!

https://news.yahoo.com/exclusive-trump-team-setting-eastman-000030253.html

I bet this clown is going to rue the day he came into Trump's orbit, "for crying out loud!" (to quote himself) 😀

In other news: Kevin McCarthy may have made a strategic mistake by bailing on the January 6 commission. Now there's no one there to stand up for him or the orange buffoon: https://www.msnbc.com/rachel-maddow-show/maddowblog/mccarthy-feeling-gop-heat-misstep-jan-6-probe-rcna34379

When future books are written about consequential strategic failures in modern politics, McCarthy's failure will deserve its own chapter - too true! Looks like the chickens might finally be coming home to roost for him, reap what you sow, etc.

ROFL. The grift continues

Why are US conservatives always throwing around the phrase "our God-given rights"?

Literally the US first amendment is "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof."

Granted, the phrase "separation of church and state" itself does not appear in the United States Constitution.

Evangelicals believe everything is god-given. As in, god gave the crazy person that assault weapon he used to kill all those children. God works in mysterious ways. Thoughts and prayers and pass the ammunition.

I thought he might have come to his senses and be talking about Trump here, even after the horrible way the orange buffoon treated him. But no.

Worst ... rapper ... ever

Just search Youtube for "Mike Pence diss - Loza Alexander". Loza is a Proud Boy-affiliated rapper.

Extremely rough language. The same guy did an anti-Biden, anti-abortion, and anti-"Black Lives Matter" raps.

I don't want to sound stupid or racist here but...aren't the Proud Boys (lol at that name) all about white supremacy? And Black Lives Matter is about equality for black people?

But yet this guy seems to be on the side of the white supremacists and Trump (a well-known racist), and is against the group that only wants to make his life and other black people's lives better? My apologies but I feel like I've missed something here.

There have always been a few blacks in the Trump camp. You usually see one at his rallies. You would have to ask them about their motives but I don't think it is that astonishing.

Thank Christ the people who were meant to do their job - as per the Constitution - did their job. Trump is sore loser and nothing more. I don't care what his millions of adoring fans think.

The people who did their jobs deserve all the credit being lauded on them. But Trump is much worse than a sore loser. That is what this is all about.

The author of this piece says Trump fully intends to do what he did again, just next time around with more pliable actors.

Oh, wah wah wah. Poor Donny's not happy that no one on the January 6 Commission is sticking up for him! Maybe if his BFF Kevvy had actually appointed someone with integrity (as opposed to election fraudsters like Jim Jordan) as opposed to Kevvy then having a sulk and bailing on the whole thing, there might have been a different outcome for him? Cry me a river.

Also just saw this:

LOL @ Mark Meadows, thinking he could send a bunch of tacky cheap MAGA crap to win over election officials in Georgia. If I was that Brad bloke, I would have sent it all back to him requesting a refund! 😄
