I've come across a few people saying "oh he can't run again, the Constitution forbids it" - but then we're talking about the same guy who said that part of the Constitution should be "terminated" to allow him to become president again (this was after he lost to Biden). So with that in mind, I believe that the orange buffoon will try anything he possibly can to stay in office for a third term, assuming he makes it that far.

Absolute immunity as long as it can be tied to Trumps perception of his Presidential duty.

GOP has Congress completely captive.

Trump promoting his German Generals who will follow orders absolutely.

Who is left to enforce the Constitution ?
Even Supremes do not have their own army to enforce decisions anyways.
