Depsite what the Republicans blather on about it being illegal or not, they somewhat have a point about the primary process and what the public were told about Biden's fitness, which was apparently not an issue until it was for the senior leaders in Washington who were facing a loss.

There seem to be lot of people who are not fanatics but just dislike Biden more than they dislike Trump and would be glad for another non-Trump alternative. 

She has secured enough delegate votes now to be the nominee. I would think its a done deal now. Question is, who will she chose as a straegic swing vote state attack dog. Damn Id love it to be Wes Moore, but thas two black folk, as stupid as it is, and as awesome Wes Moore is, even in the Dem party there would be push back. Shapiro would be the highest numbers in his state with nineteen seats. I forget how many in Kellys state of arizona, but not only is it a swing state, its a border state. If Kelly came out and spelt out the things Biden never does, ie they tried a bi partisan bill which was put to the speaker who after much consultation with the non congress member, D Trump, the bill was squashed. People need to know the corruption truth especially the states that only read headlines due to being working class folk who dont have time for politics.

Then Kelly could spell out what he would push through Congess/Senate and spell out some Trump level of BS Bill they would implement day one.

Just sell it as using money from recent gains. It is a lot of people who will vote dems if they fix it fast but thy need to show how they will drop these lingering prices artificially until things catch up via falling interest rates,

To make change Democrats need the House and ideally the Senate I expect.
With a working margin to account for the few Democrats who are a bit odd.

Plus people being real about getting A done without tossing in Q, R, S, T in that burns up time in getting legislation everyone can agree on in final form.

Then you have the filibuster an intransigent opposition can use even if they do not have a majority.

House and Senate can change hands every 2 years due to midterms just to upset stability.
