If you're "upset" by Trump's tweets, then you're a "snowflake". Plenty of people believe that, apparently.
Fewer and fewer, though. Check page nine for the latest.

Yeah - but note that in that survey the headline, 43% approve of Trump.
I think many think Trump's doing okay simply because he's not black, and he's not Hillary. Everything else can be forgiven.

I guess that these supporters also have great health or a generousness health insurance plan and not one of the 15Mil who will lose their health care if trumpcare comes in..

New Yorker Cartoon Hits at Trump’s Fake Time Cover
As President Donald Trump ramped up his attacks against so-called “fake news” this week, one of his most detested news outlets, the Washington Post, reported that hanging prominently at several of the president’s golf clubs is an actual piece of fake news: a hoax Time cover featuring Trump looking quite imperious. “The ‘Apprentice’ is a television smash!” one cover quote reads.
A spokeswoman for Time confirmed the cover never appeared, and the magazine has since requested that the Trump Organization remove the fake cover from Trump’s resorts. The bizarre revelation immediately prompted scorn, both on social media and throughout the late-night television circuit.
“That is the literal definition of fake news,” Seth Meyers said Wednesday. “This would be the saddest thing I’ve ever heard if it wasn’t the funniest thing I’ve ever heard.”
It has also given us this cartoon:
Sideface
Fact is that, in President Trump's mind, anything he disagrees with is "FAKE NEWS".
Twitter is rumoured to be testing a button to report "fake news"... I can see it being used as "Click to block things I disagree with it" by anyone and everyone.

Also, congrats @coil - this is probably the only thread here that started trending on its first day and has been in the frontpage "Trending discussions" constantly for almost eight months now.

So, a TL:DR version of alleged events leading to Trump's abusive tweet storm:
Trump wasn't happy about criticism of Trump's first few months in the WH on the "Morning Joe" show.
Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski were in a relationship.
The National Enquirer - tabloid - owned by a good friend of Trump, had "dirt" on them - about how that relationship came about.
Kushner contacted Scarborough about the story, suggesting that if Scarborough/Brzezinski apologised for the "negative coverage", then the story about their private lives wouldn't be published. IOW - he attempts to blackmail them.
Scarborough claims to have records of this (text messages from Kushner etc).
They don't apologise - the story gets published.
Trump launches into them in a disgusting personal attack on Twitter.
This latest episode in the White House soap opera I believe has damaged the brand possibly for ever or the next 10 decades. Above all else he has shown that he has no class what so ever.

I agree. While its just another mindless tweet, I think he is over the boundaries now for his supporters. Im sure many Trump supporters are praying to give us 2 weeks off Twitter or we give up. I feel that this is the start of a more aggressive downward slide from GOP, Republicans and Trump supporters towards him. That in itself will wind him up, a good spiral to watch unfold
The latest from Washington Post: Trump's idea is to repeal Obamacare now and vote a new healthcare bill later.
These people have no consideration at all for poor people. Whoever voted for him thinking he was going to work for them had a misguided, dumb idea, of life.

That would roughly mean 100 million with no healthcare or be able to afford it. A death sentence to a lot of people.
Those that like to call our current government right wing, clearly have no understanding of what right wing means. This American experiment should be a valuable lesson to the world on what happens when lies and deceit become the norm in politics.
The sadest thing is this is what America voted for...he promised this in his campaign and he is delivering.
It makes me cringe when people complain about National policies...

you read stories on how much people are paying for health insurance in the states and it's mind boggling.e.g A retired couple in Colorado says they pay $2,000 a month for basic coverage and they are happy. People in NZ should never complain about out health service after seeing what happens in the USA.
Common sense is not as common as you think.
