A Billionaire GOP donor vents his spleen:

“All the Republicans who hide behind the flag and hide behind the church, they don’t have the f------ balls to do what it takes,”

“It is demoralizing to me to see adults worshipping a false idol. I can’t continue to write checks for anyone,” he said. “I know what it’s like to lose a country.”

He called Trump an “abortion of a human being,” and hammered the New York developer in the harshest terms possible.

“If I was the doctor and knew what that baby would do, I’d have made sure it never would have seen the light of day,” he said of the president.

I would say a scrape goat. Trump wants to get rid of him because he doesn't bow and scrape enough and has demonstrated at least a little independence. But his probable lying is much worse. He can't be convicted because of what the Russian ambassador was overheard saying, since that's not proof of anything, but it sure doesn't make him look good. Trump puts everyone around him in an impossible position and then cuts them loose when they start to drag him down. He must be a real SOB to work for.

A good read!

A funny conclusion in the article is that its often not lying, he just has no clue.

Is it just me, or is he on the decline? He seemed under great pressure with the seemingly doomed Healthcare as he has failed at virtually everything so far. Getting rid of everyone, it was a circus early on, but now, it seems calling it a circus is actually an understatement.

Dang, its not like that in real life, my real life, cos when I tell people what I want and don't want, they cowtow to me to get the deal, or to avoid me getting my mates to stop dealing with you.

This other real life sux, bigly.

Again, America doesn't quite understand the NYT article. Trump still rules.

ajobbins:

gzt: New communications director. Anthony Scaramucci. Influential financier. Money talks.

a.k.a The Mooch

Looks like Spicer did not want to deal with the additional issues:

Mother Jones:: Since January, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) has pressed the Trump administration to determine whether Scaramucci, at a January meeting, may have broken the law by discussing possible joint investments with the head of a Russian sovereign wealth fund that is under US sanctions. The White House and the Treasury Department have so far blown off Warren’s inquires.

The accusation of breaking the law who knows. But I think it shows Scaramucci will be in an excellent position if these sanctions are lifted.

The US applied these sanctions to Russia following a sequence of events which saw paramilitaries take control of the Crimean parliament, and the subsequent annexation of Crimea to Russia, based on a disputed referendum.

Time will tell.

Scaramucci:

The president, Scaramucci said, is "the best communicator" in the White House.

"I love the president and the president is a very, very effective communicator," Scaramucci said. He praised Trump's use of social media to get his message out, saying, "To me, it’s been a very effective use to reach the American people effectively, and I welcome him to continue to do that."

Trump seems to have been unleashed - the number of tweets has ramped up over the past 24 hours.
