Trump is known for sueing the pants off people and frequently threatening to. Presumably Casler has taken legal advice already and feels confident about this. Tom Arnold 2nd hand tweeted something similar a few days ago regarding Trump's alleged Adderall use on The Apprentice.

At first I thought the comedian Noel wasn't aware someone shot a video of his performance, and posted it.

However Noel posted it himself, so I guess he knows the consequences.

Yeah, you're right. Trump's probably going to use another SLAPP suit.

Noel Casler: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

"Noel Casler is a comedian who has made headlines with his alleged recollections of time spent working with President Donald Trump. He accused the president of snorting Adderall and that he used to invite teenage beauty pageant contestants up to his penthouse suite.

Casler made these allegations during a stand-up show on December 1, 2018. He posted a short video of the performance to Youtube on December 12."

A Golden Oldie:

The Trump Foundation's biggest donation was to refurbish a fountain outside his own hotel

October 2016

The biggest ever donation made by Donald Trump's charitable foundation was a $264,631 gift paid [in 1989] for the refurbishment of a New York fountain outside one of the billionaire businessman's own hotels ...

The claims come amid allegations he hasn't donated any money to the charity since 2008.

Mueller investigation cost $25 million, but has recovered $46 million so far.

Meaning that despite Trump's and lickspittles' objections about the cost, the investigation is making a profit.

Keeping the investigation going is a great way of finding criminals who have been evading taxes.

The Washington Post - Veteran judge upends hopes of Trump allies as he spotlights Flynn’s misdeeds

For a full eight minutes, U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan read aloud an inventory of Michael Flynn’s lies - describing his “disgust” that President Trump’s national security adviser sought to deceive FBI agents while “on the premises of the White House.”

The 71-year-old veteran jurist used his platform to puncture conspiracy theories that paint Flynn as a victim of deep-state persecution.

And he reminded the country of a few simple creeds commonly held in courthouses but increasingly dismissed by the president’s allies: Lying to the FBI is against the law. Breaking the law is bad. People who work in the White House are supposed to be held to a higher standard.

After a 30-minute recess to confer with his lawyers, Flynn agreed to delay sentencing until a later date, when prosecutors presumably could reveal more about the nature of his cooperation.

At day’s end, the judge issued one last shot at Flynn, ensuring that he understood he will be treated like all other defendants.

Noting that there had been no restrictions on Flynn’s travel, Sullivan wrote in an order that beginning Jan. 4, the former general will no longer be allowed to travel more than 50 miles outside Washington without permission.

He will also have to surrender his passport.

Batman:

isis has been defeated last night

Good news, Syria is safe now, aka thrown to the wolves

Or you could read what the administration has been saying, literally days ago. Israel has been saying their concerns of late with Iranians in Syria, now they say its fine the US pulls out. For someone who thinks he is a reality TV star, he has an odd view of reality

Now he leaves Syria to Russia... And the source of ISIS is still there - an unstable region with no commitment to peace.

Yes. Its clear that he makes these decisions based not on facts, but his ego. He has a need to do something. He can't build the wall as he can't get funding, when GOP held both houses, now they don't hold both houses there is no show of funding. So he says he will build the wall, then looks for something he can do. he promised to defeat IS in 30 days and pull troops pout, so he tells the world IS is defeated and he pulls the troops out. Look at me, another thing sorted by the only person that can.
