floydbloke: Dryjuly why?

Is this some sort of organised charity/fundraising or just a self imposed abstinence?

I saw the Hop Zombie in New World today but felt it was too pricey at $11 for a 500ml bottle.

Opted instead for a "Sir Walter" from the Wanaka Beerworks. I was a little disappointed with it to be honest, too frothy and too yeasty for my taste.

Sometimes I use big words I don't always fully understand in an effort to make myself sound more photosynthesis.

Yeah, it is definitely a growing event. Try TradeMe if you do miss out, I have heard of tickets being sold there by people who can't use the tickets they have bought.
