cyril7: ...but from what I have been told they actually intend to run two cables to the LNB (which will be a quad output, but only 3used) the new cable will infact be a dual siamese type that has two coaxs in one sheath. What I have not established is if this will happen from day one with all HDi installs, or will it happen sometime latter (I mean the satellite they will have the new capacity at is not in the air yet). And will this upgrade eventaully be rolled out to standard SD subscribers, will be insteresting to see what transpires.
I am assuming that they are looking for both D1H&V and D3H, I dont think there is any usefull Vpol planned for D3, and naturally there is plenty of Vpol split antenna on D1.

I sure hope you are kidding. What will happen for me and the thousands of other Sky subscribers in MDUs? No HDi?
My install is booked for the 9th of August, so I guess I will find out then...
