Yes, there will be another meet this year (I was the organiser last year, and plan to arrange this year's also). If you keep an eye peeled here you'll see more on the meet once the time is nailed down. It'll be a bit later in the year this time around.

Regards the site there, I mostly made it for the meet, but I'll soon have some more regular content going up with gear reviews and such like.

I'm new to this forum. I'm currently looking at the Hifiman HE-560, Audeze LCD-2 (fazor) and Sennheiser HD 800.

I'm hoping to try these headphones out so that I can make a decision on which one to get. Is there anyone who owns one of these and would so kindly lend them to me for a few days or so?

I'm also looking for a used or refurbished or open-box pair of one of these headphones, so if there's anyone looking to sell, lemme know.

Btw, I'm currently using the Hifiman HE-500 paired up with an Objective2 and ODAC combo unit from Mayflower Electronics. Other headphones I own are the Sennheiser HD 598, Audio Technica ATH-M50x and Sennheiser HD 429.

That's nice toys you are looking for. Computer Lounge probably has most of those available for Audition though I am unsure if they allow overnight with them for obvious reasons.

I'd imagine you'd want a Amp upgrade to power HD800's unsure about the others.

timmmay: Ben, welcome to Geekzone. You haven't said where you are, which would make it tough. I'd think it's unlikely someone will lend $1000 headphones to someone they don't know. I think there's a store in Auckland who has many of those headphones, go back a few pages and you may find the name of it.
