Hi. 

I upgraded our bedroom 32 to a 43 over the holidays. The 32" is on a unit which is very similar to this:

The existing tv has a standard 100mm x 100mm VESA Mount. 

The New TV uses a 400 x 300mm mounting system.

Manual only gives instructions on how to mount flush on the wall and includes what is required. I can't use this system because of the design of our bedroom. 

Anyone able to link me to a suitable adapter plate from somewhere in Stock in Auckland, or give me some ideas on how I can achieve what I require?

I bought a $38 bracket from NL which fits, we need to drill two holes to make it fit perfectly but the new TV is only 11KG and both components involved are rated 75KG and 25KG respectively and it should be fine.

Really hard to understand why Sony has made this so difficult.
