Hi there,

We have recently moved into our new house and are having trouble setting up TV connection and I am wondering if anyone is able to help? Thanks in advance.

Basically when we tried to set up the TV using the auto tuning function, we couldn't find any channels. The previous owner told us that the satellite dish at our roof is a Sky one so I am guessing we can't use that to receive signals from Freeview? Do we need to purchase anything specific to connect to Freeview TV? I thought TVs nowadays will connect to Freeview TV automatically or did I get this wrong? We just recently bought our TV which is a Samsung J5500.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try also setting 22kHz to off if you can.

After that, you may need to check to make sure your cable is connected to the dish OK.

You have connected to the satellite input on the TV, not the UHF terrestrial?
