Been looking at getting a new TV over the 32inch one for console gaming.

Very interested in the following: https://www.jbhifi.co.nz/tv-home-entertainment/hd-televisions/tcl/tcl-49c2us-49-uhd-hdr-smart-led-lcd-tv/338917/

Here's a quick over view: https://www.tclelectronics.com.au/file/C2_49C2US-Product-Brochure.pdf

The specs are pretty good for the money, anyone have any thoughts on this? stay away? good buy? bought one?

I see they have 3 year warranties in Aussie but seem to only have 1 year here :(

allune:

We're happy with this brand, it's just that the Android TV side does not keep my Netflix password and reverts to "shop" mode from time to time... we have an Apple TV so the issues don't bother us as much

I also had this problem but somehow found a way to set Netflix to auto login under your Google account. Now when I open the Netflix App it auto logs in for me. Called Google Smart Lock

Batman:

Hello guys, I got the 65 e17NUS ... recorded the ABs match on prime yesterday.

But I am unable to find on any of the TV/Android/T-droid/etc menus, a way to play it.

I can see the drive in a file explorer app but of course you can't play those files using an android app, needs the TV software to play it but I how to get to the menu to play it?

Thanks

Hi on my TCL 55E17NUS to get to pvr go to grey key with three bars on right of remote half way down then you will be in settings and you will see pvr 2nd from bottom and you can see in there to record first and second you will see pvr list which is where your recordings are. Did a test before but recording quality not very good. Hope this helps.
