Hi folks,

My Dell XPS15 (late 2013) now has a sticky left CTRL key. Can anyone please recommend a laptop repair place that can deal with this? Or perhaps if anyone knows how to repair this? Basically the key has lost its travel and requires stronger press to engage... if that makes sense...

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
