Hi

I have a Telecom phone (Samsung W531) on a phone number ported from Vodafone.  One thing that I have noticed is significantly different volume when I get calls from Vodafone and Telecom.  When I get a  call from a Vodofone user the volume is really loud, and I have to turn the phone right down.  On the other hand when I get a call from a Telecom user the volume is really low, and I have to turn the volume on my handset right up.

The same thing happens whether the call is incoming or outgoing.

Also I have had a few Vodofone users say they have difficulty hearing and I have to talk quite loudly into the phone to be heard.  (The phone has had a mic replacement and also been reset by Telecom, and is better than it was).

Just wondering if anyone has noticed anything similar.
