Apologies if this has been posted before, but does anyone have any suggestions on an upgrade for the default spark provided Huawei HG659b router? We have nothing but trouble when it comes to using the WiFi, have tried a number of fixes and currently working through more however I want to investigate upgrading at the same time. We are on Fibre 100 unplan as well FYI.

Any suggestions appreciated, the more info the better!

Thanks

What are your issues? The most common is hitting the device limit - and if that's the case you're going to encounter that with other brands of hardware as well as the limit exists to avoid WiFi being impacted by too many users being connected.

The 659b is a pretty capable modem, wifi included. Your post implies its only wifi that is the problem, I'd suggest its a general wifi issue than a 659b wifi issue. Give more details.

Third Party modem settings are here, make sure it supports VLAN 10
