On Spark fibre, everything working except cannot reach amazon.com and Alexa devices are "having trouble connecting right now"

Normally use DNS4ME but have disabled that to take it out of the equation and still cannot get there.

Have done a traceroute to amazon.com but I'm not very good at reading these things:

Traceroute has started…

traceroute: Warning: amazon.com has multiple addresses; using 176.32.103.205

traceroute to amazon.com (176.32.103.205), 64 hops max, 72 byte packets
